Data deletion

You can disconnect your social-media accounts or delete your Tamo Haus account and data at any time. This page explains how, what is deleted, and what we keep and why.

1. Disconnect a social-media account (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat)

In the Client Dashboard: open Settings → Social Media Channels Linking and click "Disconnect" next to the account. We delete the access token immediately and stop publishing to and collecting data from that account.

From Facebook or Instagram: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites (or Business integrations), select Tamo Haus and click "Remove". From TikTok or Snapchat: remove the app's access in your account's security or connected-apps settings.

2. Delete your account and all your data

In the Client Dashboard: Settings → "Delete Account Permanently". Sign-in is blocked immediately and a 3-day grace period starts; signing in during that period lets you cancel the deletion.

When the grace period ends, your account, business, content, uploaded files, Connected Account data and access tokens are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Deleted data disappears from our backups within 7 days.

3. Ask us by email

If you cannot sign in, want only specific data deleted, or are not a client (for example a job applicant or someone who contacted us), email contact@tamohaus.com from your registered address. We reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity.

4. What we keep, and why

• Invoices and payment records: kept for the period required by Kuwaiti law for accounting and tax purposes.
• Records of your acceptance of our legal documents (which version you accepted, its fingerprint, when, and from which IP address), with your email address only: kept to establish or defend legal claims and used for nothing else.
