Legal documents — version history
Every version of our legal documents stays published here, unchanged, with its dates and SHA-256 fingerprint. Any change to even one letter changes the fingerprint. Each fingerprint is also timestamped independently on the Bitcoin blockchain (OpenTimestamps), so no one — including us — can alter a published text or its date without it showing.
Material changes are emailed to existing clients at least 30 days before they apply to them; new clients accept the newest version. Clients also receive by email the exact texts they accepted.
Terms of Use
Clarifications that do not reduce your rights, made to align with Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 and the Media Regulation Law (Decree-Law No. 102 of 2026): your statutory rights always prevail over these Terms (section 3); our fees are final, with no hidden charges and no fee for paying electronically (section 7); you are the advertiser and we are your service provider, every advertisement we prepare includes Arabic text, paid or influencer content is marked as advertising, and we keep a record of each content approval (section 10); the licences to obtain before publication are named, such as the Ministry of Commerce and Industry licence for temporary discounts and offers and licences for contests and gifts (section 11); a consent form is available for people who appear in content (section 15); and your right to complain to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry or another competent authority is preserved (section 27). This version also contains every change of versions 3.1 and 3.0. Version 3.1: a single invoice is paid before your subscription starts, so there is no "first invoice". Version 3.0: Accepting these Terms now has the same effect as signing a paper contract, and WhatsApp messages count as written documentation. New sections: your sole responsibility for licences, permits, and the content you approve; prohibited account practices (such as buying followers), which allow immediate termination with the current cycle's fees kept; access to and handover of your accounts within 7 days; advertising budgets paid directly to the platforms; and a precise definition of force majeure. Also new: materials and approvals are due within 3 business days, and an item left without a reply for 3 business days counts as delivered for that cycle; you may not hire our employees who worked on your account directly during our relationship and for 12 months after it; the final Deliverables may be shown in our portfolio unless you ask us to remove them, while results and figures still need your approval; source files are kept for 12 months after the Services end; confidential information stays confidential without any time limit; our working hours (Sunday to Thursday, 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.); our maximum liability is now the fees of the last paid billing cycle or of the order concerned; and an unpaid invoice leads to suspension after a 3-day grace period and termination after 30 days.

Privacy Policy
Adds: the full list of data in job applications, talent profiles that are shown to clients only with the applicant's explicit consent, data about your audience that we process only on your behalf, what our team can see when you give it admin or partner access to your accounts, your final work shown in our portfolio unless you ask us to remove it (your results and figures still need your approval), the sources of business contacts, browser storage, privacy-enhanced YouTube embeds, WhatsApp and our email provider, and specific retention periods (including 5 years for invoices, 12 months for job applications and logs, and 24 months for enquiries). Our website fonts are now served from our own servers, so no visitor data is sent to Google.
Full rewrite: the policy now lists exactly what data we collect (including data from connected Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat accounts), the service providers and locations involved, the cookies we use, specific retention periods, how to exercise your rights within 30 days, and how we handle data breaches.
Updated the contact email.
Added account deactivation and deletion (3-day grace period).

Payment & Subscription Policy
Clarifications that do not reduce your rights, made to align with Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014: prices are final, with no hidden charges and no fee for paying electronically, and your statutory rights prevail (section 1); every invoice is issued in Arabic and English with our commercial registration, the service specifications, quantity and unit price, appears in the Client Dashboard when issued, and a paid invoice can be emailed to you (section 1); payment links use gateways licensed by the Central Bank of Kuwait (section 3); and the 14-day invoice dispute period does not affect your statutory rights (section 14). This version also contains every change of versions 3.1 and 3.0. Version 3.1: a single invoice is paid before your subscription starts, so there is no "first invoice". Version 3.0: An unpaid cycle invoice now gets a 3-day grace period, after which all services are suspended until payment, and the subscription may be ended after 30 days of non-payment. Also added: what happens when a commitment ends (month-to-month at the base price), price changes only with 30 days' notice and never during a commitment, no cash or cheques, advertising budgets paid directly to the platforms, and clearer wording on discount repayment, refunds, and the fee-free exit.
